request for assistance in any way with this

After doing a fair bit of research, I see that a few others had issues with PATS on their crown vics, and other fords. from what I've gathered, it can be done on tunerpro. How hard is it to do so? Does anyone know a file or maybe a guide? I have never done this, but I need to learn. I'm needing to learn asap. If anyone knows of a file or whatever it's called or help me understand this so maybe I can make some progress on this or my other car that's sitting waiting on a tune. Two cars parked in the driveway that just sit because I can't get anyone to help get either tune resolved. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
