Need the BIN Address for IdleRPM Porsche 993 272HP

Hi all,
I rebuilt my 993 engine and I used new Schrick 292°/284° cams. It is finaly running but I need a bit higher idel speed because of the cams.
Does anyone know the address location at the bin file?
From the 964 file I know it is at 0x96C3 to 0x96C5 for three temperatures but 993 it totaly different.

I found out my EPROM is not the stock version, the car came from US and has a DINAN ENGINEERING TC-6610 version on it. Not sure how good this is?

In case someone has it, I'm willing to buy it for a reasonable price. I just want to use it for myselft.
