I bought a tuner pro CD on line . From a Timm Bacher Bellevue Wi .
I DIDN'T recieve a registration #. Who got ripped off you or me ?

Sounds like you did. There are two retailers through which you can register TunerPro. Myself (TunerPro.net) and Moates.net.
