Tunerpro RT and Windows 2000

Post by 8valve »

I am trying to get Tunerpro RT running on my Dell Laptop running Windows 2000. The program loads without issue. When I execute Tunerpro RT, I immediatelly get the following error msg;

C;\programfiles\tunerprort\tunerpro.exe is not a valid win 32 application

I checked the down load on a Windows xp pro desk top and it loads and runs well. I have tried to load Tunerpro RT 4 times on the laptop and always get the above error msg

Will Tunerpro RT run on a Laptop running windows 2000 ? Or is there something special I need to do to run this on windows 2000

Thank You

are you trying to use tunerpro V4 or V5? V5 is only officially supported on XP SP3 and later(though it has been made to work on XP SP2, that i know of).

I am using Tunerpro RT V5. Thanks for the information. Unless someone posts a way to make it run on Win 2000, I will Uninstall Win 2000 and install XP Pro SP3.
The Older Dell Laptop is dedicated to this mission.
