1228747 A/C idle raise definition?

Post by rokcrawlin85 »

i was hoping someone would be able to walk me through adding a definition to my current burn for an A/C idle raise. im using the 1228747 ecm and $4f mask. currently i have no option for A/C controls. I would like to get this added because i switch the A/C compressor over to on board air and could use a few hundred extra RPM's at idle. any help would be greatly apprieciated.

It's not much work to get another paremeter into TunerPro XDF. What is a lot of work is the commented hac so you know where things are.

I uploaded a $4F hac I had on file, don't know who did it origanally or have even looked at it. But it would be a start.

What I have learned about the 1228747 $4F is the data stream is identacle to $42 except one word on one byte so grab the $4F ADX while your there because it is a very good one I created in $42 and changed the one byte.

That said if $4F hac does not have address found and commented for AC Idle add count or other settings needed you may look to see if it's in $42 hac or even $42 XDF

The 1227747 $42 and 1228747 $4F came in same trucks same years. Difference was $42 was 700R4 with TCC lock up and $4F was Turbo 400 trans.
