The scanner starts and scans as expected using the monitor screen. When I have finished the log session the "stop playback of current log session" button does not highlight when the curser is moved over it you can hit this button and nothing happens it is locked up, the only way to bring up the save screen is to turn the engine/ignition off then the save screen comes up and the log can be saved.
In this process on occasions I have lost logs, I do not have any other programs running and antiviris software is turned off.
Does anyone have any suggestion how to fix this problem?
