Hello,
I have the bin files I need loaded onto the Tunerpro rt but I can not figure out how to upload the files into my eec tuner. It does not look like they are communicating and I don't know why. I have the eec tuner connected to my usb port through a usb/serial converter.
I am new at this and would appreciate any help
