I have a good .XDF and BIN I have been tuning with and all works great with that, however I cant get he TunerPro V5 (10/12/09 beta) to reconize my ostrich 2.0(v20.9.0, newest firmware) for the dash and adx side of things it says "Cable not found or not functioning(tested at 8192 baud". What am I doing wrong?!?!

The Ostrich is just an EPROM Emulator. It does not have datalogging capabilities.
In GM applications, the Ostrich is used to replace the EPROM, and then another cable, such as the moates ALDU1, plugged into the ALDL port and then a second USB port on the laptop.
I'm not sure how you could datalog in a Porsche, but, you could try the data hit tracing that is found in TP RT V5. Unfortunatly I don't have any experiance with this, so I can't explain how to make that work, hopefully someone that has used it can go into detail on that.

Here is a dumb question.. My bin uploads seem to be working fine.. This is how i have my ostrich setup... I have the Bosch Motronic computer 24pin dme.. It has a 24 pin socket so i have the socket booster as Ostrich requires then its dip switch is set to 24 pin red strip facing pin one. next the on ostrich box i have both dip switches set to 28? cause if i set on to 24 pin and the other 28/32 it wont start? Do i need to be pin the 24pin dip switch on the ostrich box its self.. The Moates website doesn't seem to show this they only show the 1.0 internal dip switches.

Re: Porsche 944 Turbo HELP!!!
Anyone have a copy of the OEM 944 Turbo 28pin DME .xdf .bin? All of my searches lead me to old dead links. Thanks
