Idle speed tuning for 2018 Silverado 5.3L

Hi all, I'm looking for some help tuning a 2018 Silverado 5.3L to raise the idle speed at hot idle potentially when in gear as well. I understand this is weird request. I have a customer with low oil pressure at hot idle and he wants to raise the idle speed instead of repairing the internal issue.

If the customer insists on only raising the idle speed to mitigate low oil pressure, what are the potential long-term risks or damages to the engine components, given that the underlying internal issue remains unaddressed?
