Can't start program

Just downloaded the free version of Tunerpro. Go to launch program and I get this message:
"The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem."
I have reinstalled the program several times now to no avail. Suggestions? What's wrong?

Same problem here. Tried with Windows 7 "MSVCP140.dll missing "
I did run it with Admistrator role.
Also tried with Windows 10, it doesn't give any error message, but program will not start.

Try installing the Visual Studio 2017 redistributable manually, see this thread:
