sct tuner?

I already own a sct tuner for my 98 ford mustang. I also have a wideband sensor my tuner can datalog. I also have a definition that a "custom" tuner sent me..

My question is: Will I be able to mod my current tune using your software and then flash my ecu using my sct tuner? Or am I going to need to purchase additional hardware? if I can will I be able to emulate?
