Calibration data for 1995 Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R

'm new to TunerPro and I'm trying to tune my 1995 Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R. I have downloaded the XDF and BIN files and I have connected my laptop to the ECU using a USB OBD2 cable. I can read and write the BIN file using TunerPro RT, but I'm not sure how to interpret and modify the calibration data. Can anyone explain to me what are the main parameters that I need to adjust, and how they affect the performance and fuel economy of my car?
