1999 Crown Vic P71 ARA1 PCM

I have a project vehicle that currently has a powertrain harness out of a 1999 Crown Vic and a PCM out of cop car (P71) CC ARA1.
Would by a slim chance would someone have a definition file that would be the companion file to the ARA1 bin file? I would like to think that this is a bin file that has had a def file worked up on it. Michael P (decipha) doesn't have anything on his site.
This project was started long before I knew that these old Ford PCMs could be tuned and have learned that going with the 2003-04 EEC-V are the best to work with of this group.
Additional information. The 4.6 PCM is being used to operate a 5.0 converted to coil-near-plug. I assume that the fuel trims will need adjustment.
If I can't locate a definition file, I may have a 1999 ARA1 PCM and a clone PCM available for someone with a 1999 CV that is needing a PCM with no PATS.
