dead cylinder

Post by Ozzie960 »

I have a 2002 blazer 4.3l that i swapped a 97 5.7l. i got it wired up and had it running on 6 cylinder till i ran the extra 2 injector wires. I used TunerPro Rt twice, with 2 different PCM's, to program engine size and number of cylinder, cylinder #1 is now dead, has miss . if i swap it back to 6 cylinders , #1 works again. first time using the progam. help, point me in a direction or make fun of me, it all good :D

0411 pcm.

I did repin the injector wires to the correct firing order. i have another problem now, -30 short term fuel trim on bank 1. Bank 1 o2 is reading lean. (buy genuine parts realy cheap  )

I finally got back to working on it. no inject pulse on number 1 cylinder after only changing parameters ENGINE to 5.7l and CYLINDERS to 8 from 4.3l and 6. aslo bank 1 is so rich it burns your eyes.
