F-150 : Need Tune back to Factory

Hi Everyone,

I'm a newb to this but I purchased a used 2006 Ford F-150 XLT (v8 5.4). Everything has been good so far after I replaced the wheel bearings and oil filter housing gasket. Now, the only issue that really bugs me is the shifting pattern. The person told me they had a towing tune made on the truck in the past so now I have a lot of torque between 1st->2nd gears (like I'm pulling something with overdrive off) .

It's hard to describe and doesn't impede me from driving around but I wish the shift points were back to factory settings again.

Can anyone suggest how I should go about doing this? I'm guessing the ECU has a "bin" file that can be modified? Ideally I would like to just upload a stock configuration to my ECU and would like to know the easiest way to go about that.
