Marelli G3UI Piaggio/Aprilia Engine-Torque

Hi guys,
i found this „Engine Torque“ table in my ECU.
Its from a 125cc Piaggio-Bike with 15hp and 11NM.
This table isnt a Torque-Limiter, right?
When i changed for example +1NM on the higher Revs starting from 44%TP, my AFR goes down from 13,2 to about 12,1. so way too rich and power loses about 0,5HP on the dyno.
Its recommended to do some Changes in this table to gain power?
And for what is this table standing for?
