s85 e63 m6 tuning possible?

I have a 2006 e63 m6. im familioar with tuning but have never used this program but I am overly excited to dive into it!!! has anyone tuned or modified a s85 m6 or m5 ecu using this platform? if so where would I get the files to do so? if not what can I do or who can I pay to get the proper files made or engineered? thanks in advance
