1992 corvette LT1 log file

Good morning, I have a 1992 LT1 that has issues when it is cold.
I have the log files, but since I have never worked on this car when it was running correctly, so I was looking for some idea of what the default values would be.
The car runs very rich when cold, to the point that you have to keep pressing the accelerator pedal till it warms up. Once it warms up it seems fine.
The values I am concerned with are below, I have listed the cold and warm values of this car.
MAPkPa RBPW LBPW TPS
cold 40.98 12.27 12.30 .9
hot 30.12 8,77 8.66 .6

I am assuming that since I have to keep the throttle depressed that the vacuum is lower and tps is higher than when hot.
