Changes to bin not saving please help.

Hello if anyone is willing to help; my issue is this:

When using the newest version of tunerpro rt to edit my obd1 on my Chevy Caprice bin it does not seem to save many of my changes and the values i try and change seem to be off (line pressure and fuel cutoff speed reading as zero) to begin with. I have included my change log if anyone is willing to give some input as to what my issue may be, i would greatly appreciate it. I have tried with several bins and they all have the same issue. I have tried on two different pcs one running windows 8.1.1 black x64 and the other running standard 8.1 x64. I am running as admin and the files are not set to read only. I will copy and paste my log below.
