Need Some Advise

I have some questions about the Tuner pro parameters and would like a little insight on tuning a blower motor. I have a pro charger on a 502 in a boat. The questions I have are how to scale the fuel and spark. Do I use the 1200-6000 scales along with the scale for boost referenced timing and fuel?? If so the next question I have is in the timing parameters are the numbers actual timing nos. -20 - xxx ...??? Same for fuel where is a good place to start and scale the fuel in relation to the map kpa. I have a base map but it needs to be tweaked a bit. the graphs are very jagged and the engine does not produce what it should be at all. Being blown I down want to mess with too much till I know exactly what the numbers are and what and how they affect things. I am well versed in EFI just not this software. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can send a copy of the bin if anyone would like to see what is currently running in it now
