Dashboard help

Post by 89vette »

I'm new to Tunerpro RT and have used Diacom, Tunercat and TunercatRT. I have an 89 Vette running a 7730 ECM and $8D code. How in the heck do I make a dashboard? If I try and edit the ADS and click dashboard and new item, there are no items to chose from when I try to add a gauge. What am I doing wrong?.

I guess I need to mention that I imported the super bad $8D ecu file and loaded my current bin. I understand how to make a dash, I just can't assign a value to the gauges. There are no values in the list.

An ECU file has nothing to do with the dashboard.

The Dashboard is part of an ADX file.

I recreated your problem from scratch.
There is nothing to choose from because there are no "Values" defined yet.
You'll need to setup all of the ALDL data items before you can select then for display on the dash.
