Question about L6 ecu

Post by gkoutsis »

Hi guys, My first post here although I've been reading for quite some time now.

So, I have a 2WD cossie with L6 ecu. We did a first stage program which gave us 262bhp on the dyno. All well.

We now swapped the injectors for the 403 grey ones (506cc), 3bar map and bigger turbo.

However, I am unable to make the injectors work correctly. Which map do I have to change? We don't plan on going more than 1.5 bar.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Also if I want to completely remove the boost limiter. It now cuts at 1.05 bar and I adjusted the slider to 15psi.

For your injector change you will need to alter the following:

Fuel Table
WOT Fuel Multiplier
Injector Offset vs Voltage
Cranking Fuel PW vs ECT

There may be other items needing changing too.

I guess I have to reduce the maps.

Any idea how much?

As a starting point, try the ratio of the injector sizes.

What about the fuel multiplier? What if reduce it to a point where less fuel than stock is sprayed?

You would clip the new value to a minimum of 1.000
