documents>\tunerpro files\plugins

Hello there,
I have a registered issue of Tunerpro V5 & I am trying to find the <documents>\tunerpro files\plugins\ section on my laptop but it doen't seem to be present so do I have to create one or will it auotmaticly be created when I download the plugin ?
Any susgestions.
