how do i know what to tune and by how much i should tune it

pretty much im looking for a tutorial or some one to walk me threw tuning a cars chip using the eromulator and to tell me what i should change to get the best performance and how to change turbo boost and all that thankyou for any help you can provide me with

first you have to determine what car you want to tune, what computer it has, how you're going to interface the romulator. once you have the interface connected and read the rom, you'll need definitions for your bin and the aldl interface (im not sure if you'll need aldl definition for romulator) then you'll need to datalog and find out how the car is running, and then you'll be able to tweek the AFR and various other things that the computer controls.
