Datalog playback extremely noisey

Post by Alvin »

Using a EE datalog definition. When ever I log it looks clean however when I play it back it is full of noise. IE RPM 0, 1200, 0, 1200, 0, 8000, etc. Any ideas?

That looks like the timing issue I had with my def.
Magnus instructed me to add a time delay to the connection macro before the start of it.
This made the macro wait a bit before repeating, The repeat was killing my data.
I used 1 msec but it was better but not clear enough, 2-3 msec works great. You may have to make the delay "item" then add it to the macro if it doesn't exist already.
Give it a try.

Noise in the log but not in the monitor wouldnt be the same issue, JP. I'm not sure what could cause that, but you could send me the definition and log file and I can take a look.
