CDAN4 sarchg correct?

Post by geartech »

I'm looking at the full 256k bin in Tunerpro and it appears to line up correctly.
The only place that appears to be off is 0x1875B sarchg location.
or the conversion is incorrect.
It should rear around 35 ci I think (could be wrong) I need to edit this for a MafIa installed on the car till I get a better MAF.
Any Ideas?

Some Ford strategies have some scalars stored in multiple locations throughout the bin and CDAN4 is unfortunately one of them. I cannot recommend using that definition as it does not deal with this issue.

Are there any definitions that may work correctly?
Binary Editor seems to work a little better with that one scalar, but I really like TunerPro over BE due to the layout.

The BE .xls def deals with the SARCHG (and ALOSL) parameters having multiple addresses but none of the others.

You should be seeing 280.74 cu in for SARCHG as it is displaying the total engine displacement and not just one cylinder.
