i work in a garage in Cleburne TX. my friend got his 2002 silverado custom tuned from nelsons performance. i found this software and wanted to try it on my truck and see if i can figure it out. it is a 2001 silverado 4.8l 4l60e .373 rear-end. if anyone can give me any tips or anything i need to buy i would appreciate the help. i bought an obd2 connector from eBay and am waiting for its arrival. thanks, texastboneking

Unfortunately there isn't definition support for this vehicle at the moment, and there also isn't a way for you to upload/download the tune using TunerPro (although there may be 3rd party software that may allow you to do so).
