Patch file application

Any chance of getting the ability to patch a bin into v 4.0?
(ie, like wide-band patches or other code fixes)

Ideally, it'd be nice to integrate it into the bin stacker functionality...
patch 'em and build the bin all in one fell swoop.

Patches could be in .S19 or a simple text address format... like, say,
maybe:

<addr>:<byte>,<byte>,<byte>.....,<byte>

This would be handy to have. I've got a program to do it now, but it's
nowhere near as smooth as bin stacker. It'd be nice to have all the tools
in one place.

Not in 4.0, but I do intend to add a patch utility in the 4.X series.
