Continental M4L ECU Read/Write software

Hi guys

Im searching for info about software or hardware that can read/write on this ECU ( continental M4L). I have a Sym NH-T 200cc motorcycle and the bike have an obd2 conector that I use to take some info about the engine but nothing like to extract bin file or flash a new one. The main objective its to take some restrictions like Euro5.
