Hello Before downloading Tuner pro will I be able to see all the modules on the vehicle? I am working on a 2008 chevy 3500 HD with a 6.6 no start condition. I have a snapon prolink that says no ecm detected.

No, TunerPro is not a comprehensive scanner, and the ELM327-based OBDII plug-in has only basic/minimal PID support.
