95 m3 bmw questions

Hey guys,

New to here and to playing with ecu's. Not new to the car scene. Have been building cars for years now. Have specialised in the fabrication and building of the actual cars and am only just now getting into the tuning side of things.

I have my weekend 95 m3 bmw which i beleive is OBD1. It has an ABS light on and an airbag light (because i removed the airbag wheel to go aftermarket) How do I go about removing these lights?

Also is there anything else I can do to the ecu to gain a little more power with the tuner pro software?

Is there any guides on how everything works and what everything is in regards to the bin and xdf files?

I have a e30 bmw with a nissan CA18 engine which will be running megasquirt ecu which I have used a stimulator board to start setting it up for 4 cylinder etc while I finish the wiring loom off (12 months doing the conversion/build and im finally down to a few wires!!!). It looks pretty straight forward in you can pull up a menu with each item and change it as necesarry. Working in code seems a little harder??

I understand engines in regards to timing, a/f ratios etc. Tuning itself wont be a problem just after a guide as such for working with tunerpro?



Other cars of mine that I have built include a fc3s rx7 with a large extend port 13b running microtech (this wasnt tuned by me obviously haha)
SR20det powered 180sx drift car (running a reflashed ecu by the company i purchased the engine setup from)

Any information you could give me would be much appreciated.
