SDK help file

The help file for the SDK isn't working for me. I get the menu but its not displaying any of the pages. I am running XP with IE8.
Also is the source code for the OBD2 plug in available?

The help file is compiled HTML, so it will be windows/IE's security settings blocking it.
I can't remember exactly what I did to stop that, it's something like right-click on the .chm file, select properties, and click "unblock" on the General tab...
