Please let me know if TunerPro can help -Lost key fobs

We lost the key fob to our 2011 Infiniti G Sedan. Is there anyway to program a new fob with TunerPro ?
Dealership wants the car towed to them and another $400 for the programming. Please let me know if this is possible.
