Default XDF View

Post by The1 »

Is it possible to change the default XDF view so when tunerpro opens it opens to "Parameter Category" instead of type? Can this be done in the xdf so it's the same when opening on other machines? It's just that i have gone to alot of effort to tidy up my xdf's into categories

I'll add it to TunerPro preferences (not the XDF). Change the setting on the other machines and you should be good to go.

That would be great have option to open in category view. Set it that way on default and if the XDF has no categories then open in Type.

There's been several xdf that guys have taken on and put a lot of work into as well as added the Categories.

So I'm clear, you're telling me that the fact that your view (ordered list, category, and parameter type) selection persists already is insufficient? If you select category view, close TunerPro, then re-open it, you'll still be in Category view.

That's not the issue, that works exactly as you describe for me.

The issue is people who are opening a XDF file that has all the work done to Categories, does not open to Categories and they usually never see it and don't realize it's there.
