My problem is related with NtCreateFile API failure that is also a .dll problem, and installing the latest version(2017) of VS C++ didn’t solve it, but installing 2013 version works fine. Installing 2017 version afterwards works fine as well. Actually I installed from 2005 version, so installed 2005...
