Not real sure what you are asking,but I will give it a shot. The top of the ignition advance and fuel tables are m.s. of load. You need a scanner to view load or you can use the active trace with the moates.net ostrich to see what cell you are referencing at that moment.

Then you should not adjust the maf curve. This will change the load reading. Just adjust all the fuel tables until the AFR is correct.

There is no issue with the checksum. You will get the 1281 cel if you don't save the bin you are editing before for you burn the chip or upload to the ostrisch. The checksum is not corrected until you save the bin.

It's not the checksum. It will only trip a CEL . You need to confirm your burn. Take the tune from the chip that runs, read it out and burn it to another chip and see if it starts.

Check this out. It would be a better option than a 803. The HPX is a much more robust maf for a blow through set up. 1-Yes you can start with the 413 stock map 2- The 540 maf is not going to be big enough for a turbo set up, you will max it out. The 803 or HPX would be much better. The same DME can be used with the 413 red label, 413 silver label or the 506 bin.

No the launch control only works on the 413 silver label and the 506. The launch control is really just a fuel cut rev limiter that is based on vehicle wheel speed. The 413 red label does not have this type of rev limiter. You can just use the 506 bin file in your currant DME.

I have a number of bikes i can use, but i have no idea how to read the data from the ecm. I have used the power vision and the supertuner as far as tuning goes. I am sure it can be read/ with the 1850 data line.

I am not sure if you can do this with a 402/403. I have never looked at bin file for those. I emailed you the files for the 506 on the 30th.

That just looks like the speed based revlimiter that has six break points. The 413 silver and 506 dme have that in the code all you have to do is change a few things. Pm me your email and I can send you the files.

If you are using the bin I sent you there should be no type of limiter to keep it from referencing the wot tables. Are you sure that there is no tps wiring issue?

I use a snap-on mt2500 scanner. Or I have data running in to my dyno for logging. Do you have any check engine codes? Also did you download the files or did I email you them?

It has working launch control, the load and rpm axis are auto correcting so if you open up a bin that had any of the rpm break points changed it will auto correct in Tunerpro for correct break point viewing. It sounds like the bin file does not match the xdf you are using. There is more than one bin for the 413 red label ecu. Each bin has the data at slightly different locations. the maf is in KG/hr and voltage and it just needs to be rescaled to a signal curve to view it correctly. The updated xdf has it rescaled and converted to kg/hr, but the voltage break points are not done.

For a 7000rpm you should be able to put in 7000. Make sure you are starting with the correct chip#. I have a updated xdf for 413 silver ews II ecu chip#715
