Could something have happened to my pcm or ecm after reading the contents on them and then receiving reduced engine power on tachometer display

12606960 12606961 xdf files needed
Looking for xdf files for 12606960 and 12606961 pcms. I have looked at many forums and can't seem to find anything on these. They are original 5.3L w/ 4l60e. Looking to do vats, rear o2 sensors, and differential change. The closest thing I could find was 12592618 and the 6961 is an update of 1259261...
