obd2 to usb cable recommendations

I am new to this program, trying to see if this fixes my mustang. Anyway, I found out about tunerpro thru a Facebook video, guy was showing how to delete vats on an ecu when I started looking into this. My main question is what cable do I get? I know it's an obd2 to usb cable but is there a specific cable for this program to work properly. I see a bunch, but I don't know what makes it a good one for this. Anyway, that's all I was really curious about. thank you in advance!
