I need help i have a few questions

Hello, so i have an Mazda Rx8 and i wanted to tune some parameters of my Engine ECU.
But the car isnt supported by default. What do I have to do to get it supported?
Do i need Bin files or definition files or whatever?
I got this link: https://github.com/ConnorRigby/rx8-ecu-dump there are some definition files and stuff. Is there something usefull?
And the second question i have what OBD Adapters are supported can i use a Tactrix Openport 2?
