ROM Version / Signature check

Hello, when dealing with a lot of different software versions and ECUs, it would be cool to have a check in the XDF that prevents using the wrong one.

Say software version is "430066" at 0x10000, XDF check is made for "430069", it throws a warning, maybe with an "enforce" checkbox that will prevent loading the wrong bin.

Could be another tab beside "Sync Groups"
