Fuel Phase

Folks, yesterday a friend of mine sent me the files to his bike which has a map table called "Fuel-Phase"
Never having messed with or seen that particular table I wondered just what the heck it is? I'm good at guessing but doing that can bring heartache at times so figured I'd ask the experts. I'm not sure I need to mess with it at all but I do like to have some knowledge of the tables even if I leave them be. Many thanks, DC
