Bosch MA 1.2.3 VW Golf MK3 Mono jetronic Monomotronic XDF

Hello,
im looking for a realy good and full xdf file for the MA1.2.3 Motronic .. Golf 3 1.8 90hp ABS
i need idlee speed Cold .... idlespeed Warm.....Rev limiter ..and all the other stuff..but idle speed will be a good start,cause my camshaft needs more idle speed.
i asked at oldskull...but they dont have time für such an old car ;(
i realy hope somebody will help me
