Can you help with xdf file?

Hello. Can someone please send me some xdf files for m43b16/18 , m42 e30/e36 , m44.
I can't find anywhere to download them.

Please tell the ECU/DME number and the program number when asking definition.

Hi. I am trying to change some parameters in my bin file, but nothing make sense. I think it is because i have not the right XDF file. Does someone have the right XDF file for:
bosch dme m5.2 0 261 203 667
E36 318is M44B19
I'm trying to get rid of the speed limit, set the max rpm to 7200, and i was going to try to add some pops and bangs.
I'm willing to pay as long if it is reasonable pricing.
