Need some experts in Tuning BMW M3 1980-1985

Hello out there,
need some help in doing Tuning of BMWs M3 1980-1985... (Ecu ...173)
I will use TunerPro with Ostrich 2.0, got an eprom from original BMW and some modified Eproms, which may work not properly.
Does anybody has experience in interpreting the tables. And who can give some tips in helpful hardware/software to use?
