Issue updating Ostrich while in Emulation Mode

I have run into a issue where the Ostrich is not being updated when I am in emulation mode. I am forced to save and then upload the complete bin.

I hope I am not doing something stupid. I am also using the EBL but that should not matter.... I think.

I am using 4.13.0400.

Sorry for the delayed response. Emulation seems to be fixed with the beta version. No other issues to report. Thanks.
