Hello everyone. I start to study about the TunnerPro this year.
I have very old Changcheng Saifu now. 10 years old.
It has copy of toyota 4y enigne on it.
This enigne is runs good. but
It feels power as VW polo... but fuel consumption is same as lamborghini.
So I decide to study for this... ^^

The ECU is motronic M1.5.4. 0 261 208 078.
I could read bin out the eprom with reader.
But I'm stuck in XDF now.....

For the XDF for this ECU. what can I have to do for this?
Please give some advise for next step.

you need to use a program such as WinOLS demo to locate and try to figure out the main fuel and ignition maps and then create an XDF for tunerpro. alternately you could pay someone else to make an XDF for you.

I start to understand to make good XDF file is really pain job..
It sound strange but.. I even had dream with HEX code.....

If you or anybody to help me to make a XDF file for my ECU.
if the cost is within my budget. I'm fine to pay for it.
Please let me know the cost.

do you recognise any of the codes or numbers in the grey highlighted area or after the blue highlighted ECU and software numbers? perhaps engine codes or a date or anything? i see references to the version of motronic there (M154).

EDIT: i did some searching online with some of those numbers/codes and it seems like "03_HA090A3" may be some sort of engine code? i found a russian forum where people were discussing this ECU and a similar engine code. you say the engine is a copy of a toyota 4Y engine, could the copy engine have that engine code?

im interested because i have not seen similar codes in BMW motronic 1.1, 1.3 or 1.7 files, also in the BMW files the ECU and software numbers are written backwards in the file whereas in 1.5.4 it is not.

ALSO I FOUND SOME PEOPLE IN RUSSIA. THEY HAVE SOME EXEPRIENCE WITH M 1.5.4 ECU. BUT I DON'T KNOW THE SYSTEM DETAILS.

yes, 0 261 208 078 is the ECU number and 1 037 367 441 is the software number (of the bin file) and M154 means motronic 1.5.4

interesting to learn that engine code and manufacturer are also stored in the m1.5.4 files.

hi sorry to bring up an old thread. i am looking for ignition maps in an chinese ecu for a jl465 engine with the same ecu.
