IG DSM Need Some HELP
Hello everyone want to thank in advance here is my question i got the tunerpro RT installed on my windows xp laptop i heave a mmcd cable and a regular serial cable to connect the two its the whitte one if anybody can give me some guidence on how to hook it up to my 91 dodge stealth TT it wont do anything when i hook in to the car and laptop/tunerpro cant see anything please any help would be greatly apreciated.

[/img]What version of the ALDL logging cable do you have, PC or Palm? The only difference between the two cables is how the receive and transmit are connected.
On the palm cable, P2 is transmit, P3 is receive, and P5 is ground.
On the laptop version, P2 is receive, P3 is transmit, and P5 is ground.

If the problem is that you have the palm version of the cable, then you'll need a null modem adapter to switch the pins, P2 and P3, or a PC spec cable. Also, check your COM port setting.
