that is correct for BMW E30 motronic ECU's, it may also work for the omega because the ECU appears to be of a similar era/design as the older motronic 1.1, 1.3 and 1.7 ECU's found in the E30 BMW's which all work with that conversion of (X*0.75)-22.5
RPM axis data conversion is X*40 on all of the BMW motronic 1.1-1.7 ECU's so i think that will be correct for your 1.5 ECU.

Motronic 1.5 RPM Limiter data conversion is 13800-(X*50)...
