export to .csv doesnt save?

i need help! whenever i datalog and try to export the log to .csv it saves but when i go to the folder to locate it it isn't there. but when i try to save it again you can see the previous log in the folder saved as a csv but i cant find it? im lost here

Ensure you're not saving to the program files directory. Instead prefer your documents folder, the desktop, etc.
