Firing Order Mod on a 8LF (GUF1.XDF) EEC

Looking to change the firing order in the ECC. Built a '78 302 with the old firing order and will be pulling the carb and installing 88 MAF from a 5.0 HO, which has a different F/O.

Will the Tuner Pro be able to change the firing order to match my cam?

The GUF* ecu's are sequential so, yes, you can. See the 'Injector Firing Order' (aka FN1329) parameter.

Thank you for the reply. I read every available topic with no success.

I am concerned with the ignition firing order, injector firing order and oxy sensor working together. Trying to resolve the issue of changing the injector order and messing up how the O2 sensors read each cylider as it fires.

If I change the injector order will this also change when the O2 sensors read?

Sorry if I'm asking dumb questions. Trying to wrap my head around this technology.

Swap the leads on the distributor (or the plugs) to get the ignition firing correct if using a GUF* distributor. Keep the HEGO sensors in the same banks.
